La tavola (The table)

"Dining is and always was a great artistic opportunity."
Frank Lloyd Wright

I feel fortunate to have sat at these dining tables.  Many hours of my life have been spent at these tables eating, drinking, sharing and exchanging conversation. This is were I draw my inspiration. I wanted to share with you some photographs of where I find my daily beauty, at the table! This is my Italian journey.

  1. This is my favorite post yet! I feel so fortunate to have known and have eaten at so many of those tables. There's something splendid about a table: a working surface, a drawing board, a canvas, and then the epicenter of a meal to be enjoyed by many. Your photos showed all of these aspects and invited much imagination. Thank you!
